A Sacred Clear & Release Experience

This 3–4 hour ceremonial healing session is designed to support women in reconnecting to themselves through the powerful relationship between the heart and womb.

When emotional wounds, past relationships, grief, trauma, or unspoken pain are stored in the body, it can create energetic stagnation that leaves us feeling disconnected from our intuition, our voice, and our sense of self.

The Heart & Womb Reclamation Ceremony is a sacred space to gently release what you no longer need to carry and return to the essence of who you are.

This ceremony focuses on:

• Emotional clearing and energetic release

• Releasing stagnant energy in the womb space
• Rebuilding trust in yourself and your inner voice

Through a combination of guided practices, traditional healing elements, and gentle body movement, we create space for emotional release, energetic realignment, and spiritual reconnection.

This ceremony may include:

• Guided breathwork & meditation
• Mirror work and affirmation practices
• Truth vs. Lies emotional clearing work
• Smoke medicine for energetic cleansing
• Herbal and energetic womb support
• Gentle stretching and body movement
• Energy reclamation and grounding practices
