Your Womb is Calling

Goddess,

There’s something I want us to talk about: CONSISTENCY.

Womb care isn’t meant to be something we only reach for when something feels wrong.

It’s a relationship.

And just like any relationship, connection is built by intentionality and consistently showing up.

If you steam once every few months, get a womb massage whenever you can squeeze one in and then forget about it, you may find yourself feeling like you’re starting over each time.

Because the deeper work isn’t only in the massage.

It isn’t only in the herbs.

It’s in what happens when you create a practice of listening to your body.

How does my womb feel today?

What am I noticing during my cycle? or now that I no longer have a cycle.

Where am I holding tension?

What emotions have been coming up lately?

What does my body need from me right now?

These are questions we rarely have space to ask when we’re not taking the time to care for ourselves.

Put yourself on the schedule.

Your womb-care routine doesn’t have to be elaborate.

Most days it may look like warming a little Womb Love Oil between your hands and gently massaging your womb.

Another day it may be preparing your Womb Health Yoni Steam Herbal Blend and intentionally creating space to sit, breathe, reflect and reconnect when steaming is appropriate for your body.

Other days, womb care may simply be placing your hands over your womb, taking a few deep breaths, journaling, resting, moving your body, hydrating or paying attention to what’s happening throughout your cycle.

You don't have to do everything every day.

But there is something powerful about continuing to show up.

Because eventually you begin recognizing your patterns.

You become more familiar with your cycle.

You notice changes in your body sooner.

You learn what brings you comfort.

And most importantly, you begin developing a deeper relationship with yourself.

This is why I don't want womb care to become another thing you try to squeeze into your already-full life.

As a Womb Practitioner my hope is that you tending to yourself becomes part of the way you live.

So this week, ask yourself:

When was the last time I intentionally checked in with my womb, not because something was wrong, but simply because she deserved my attention?

Both were created to complement an intentional womb-care practice and are available through Wholly & Healed at whollyandhealed.com.

With love,
Cathleen
