Taking Inventory on Postpartum Body during Weight loss Journey

Carrying Baby Moon 🌙 was so surreal. I felt the most beautiful and empowered carrying this little light. She’s a such a little goddess and today I was reminded that the light inside of me that carried her doesn’t just leave once we give birth 🌟

Im smiling in this pic because my beautiful belly and the admiration I have for the human body.  So how can I repay my body for taking such good care of me and housing such a light?   This is what I asked myself and last week I got real clear with myself.  And one thing I’ve been doing is taking inventory on what I’m doing with my idle time and making sure it’s not emotional eating.  This quarantine will do that to the best of us!  

Now is a great time to fast, detox and cleanse to reboot our systems for added clarity and immune boosting, and yes weight loss.   Also to feel great, less lethargic and tired and so we’re not running on empty. It’s time to be honest with yourself. Acknowledge that you need to improve and make that commitment to yourself.  We all do. 

Many of us just want things to go back to what they use to pre #covid19 pre #quarantine and pre #stayhome.  But what does that actually do for people who weren’t really going to the gym, but now they miss it, weren’t really taking care of themselves now they miss the idea of it, weren’t really checking inward before?  Let’s start now. If you could change the changeable RIGHT NOW? Start with that. Why not start with your health, your nutrition, your movement? WHY NOT?! 

How can you help yourself “feel better” despite what’s going on in the world you can make better choices.  These days many of us are still not finding the drive or energy to do anything extra because we’re homeschooling, parenting, working whether as as essential worker #thankyou or from home. Many things right now will rob you of your energy especially because the global vibration right now is low. 

So how can we combat this low vibration? One number thing you can do for you and your family is while you’re drinking the sea moss, making teas, steams next time you go grocery shopping, get as much produce as you can.  Get fruits, vegetables, both frozen and fresh.  Healthy carbs. Lean proteins. Coconut, avocado or olive oils instead of vegetable/corn. Eat for your health.  Feed your spirit as well. 

My girls in my Fit Camp are working harder than ever to lead from the front in order to show and guide YOU during this time to give new ideas, recipes new and healthier alternatives to get through this season healthy and thriving.

Heart center ✔️. 

Mindset ✔️. 

Scanning everything from your crown to the tips of your toes. 

We will get through this.  I think for the first time many of us are feeling the same thing. 

Uncertainty.  Bringing up a lot of what ifs. Bringing up a lot of questions, concern, fear, time and also clarity. 

A shift is happening. 

When we come out on the other side of this we have a choice to make.  We can all be healthier, focused, READY, more determined, more compassionate than ever.

The most eager we’ve ever been to experience new heights and live a full unapologetic life. Free of judgment, fear. Adaptable to change. Having a new depth of gratitude and understanding was the vision all along.  Many of us were already on the same wave length when we said 2020 would be the year of clarity. 

Perfect vision.  Right?!  

And since things seem very blurry for many of us right now. Maybe that’s how we’ll truly see and SHIFT our focus to what truly matters. 

Many of us probably wouldn’t have shifted  or made necessary changes if we had not been forced to. So here it is. We’ve been presented an opportunity, more idle time, to stop and switch some things up in order to see more clearly. In order to come out of this better, agile and more flexible than ever before. 

What better version of yourself are you looking forward to becoming? How are you positioning yourself to use this time to recreate, to shift, to focus, to rest and be restored when this is all over, cause a new beginning once we come out of this will be required of many of us.  

If we come out of this exactly the same we’ve missed the mark.

Happy Thursday Beautiful People,

This past June, while on one of my companies annual business trips called Coach Summit, I sat in the audience at the Lucas Oil Stadium amongst over 20,000+ health & fitness coaches and CEOs in Indinapolis, right beside my husband. All of a sudden the screen cuts to the 20th Anniversary where CEO of Beachbody, Carl Diakeler begins to announce saying this man needs no introduction then goes off to this reel about some new and exciting news and the crowd goes WILD.

Just when there were rumors that ShaunT was doing his own thing and leaving Beachbody. ShaunT’s coming out with a New Workout Program!!! I listened to ShaunT speak about the development of this new 20 min workout and his excitement was through the roof, the room was roaring everyone cheering. I immediately said to myself OMG I can’t wait to do this workout. Than followed that up with I want to be part of the cast. Yup that’s definitely a goal of mine to see myself on the screen empowering and inspiring people to move their bodies and get out of their heads and transform on all levels.

I might have told anyone who brought up this new news over the course of this weekend. Every time someone said something about this new release, I told them I can’t wait for it I want to be apart of the cast. Then talks of Test Groups came up…

We’ll as we enter October I have to say September was so good! So many new and exciting things happened. And out of over 400,000 Beachbody coaches, from the US, UK & Canada your girl has been selected to be one of the coaches of this Pilot Test Group. What is a Pilot Test Group you say? The good people at corporate chose some bad azz coaches if I say so myself and give you LIVE access to the workouts while still filming and say here we want to see if this is going to work for your clients, challengers and people all over the world lol.

I get to finally share that I’ve been selected as part of the Pilot Test Group for the NEW ShaunT workout that doesn’t launch until JANUARY 2019! Talk about ending the 4th quarter of 2018 on a high note!! That’s right you can’t find it anywhere until it launches. 
Friends can I just say that I’m over the moon with excitement! I’m just happy to be here! 

Your virtual soul sista & mood shifter is so geeked out... I wasn’t sure when I was going to be able to share since I’ve been literally sworn to secrecy lol 🤐 I’ll be sharing weekly what I can about my experience. Cause it’s MAJOR.
